Quick update... apparently the newest version of RAT was the solution. Once upgraded to 4.2.3.0 solved the issue.

Unsure if you were able to resolve this problem or not but I encountered this exact problem previously and was able to resolve it by changing the discord chat to game event to the following section in "conditionals". Give that a shot and see how it goes.
